S/S Created in Finished Area – Single Family (Secondary Suite)

Best way to make contact

Contact the firm on this permit

1. Look them up below — most trade firms list a phone number and an enquiry form on their own site.
2. Ask whether the remaining trades on this job are covered. A builder holding a permit usually needs several subtrades they haven't booked yet.
3. Lead with the specific project, not a generic pitch. Naming the address and the work shows you did the homework.

This is business-to-business outreach, which sits outside the national Do Not Call rules — but anti-spam law still applies to email and texts.

NYTA Contracting LTD

This firm pulled the permit, so the home additionswork is likely theirs. If you sub-trade, they're the one worth calling — ask whether they have the rest of the trades covered on this job.
